Responsibilities
- Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with a focus on accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process payroll accurately for all night shift employees.
- Assist with the month-end close process and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare journal entries and support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
