Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Prepare and send invoices, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
