Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual (1040) and business (1120, 1065) tax returns with high accuracy.
- Conduct thorough research on complex tax codes and regulations to ensure client compliance.
- Communicate professionally with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax projections for clients.
- Meet strict filing deadlines during the tax season and throughout the year.
- Maintain organized client files and ensure data confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn tax software (e.g., ProSeries, Lacerte).
- Willingness to complete our comprehensive paid training program.
