Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform accurate monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Prepare and send invoices, receipts, and financial statements to clients.
- Support the tax preparation team with necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
