Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and generate financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist with tax preparation and financial audits as required.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
