Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Actively promote credit union products/services to match customer needs
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and daily balancing responsibilities
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
