Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor/client payments
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with annual audits and financial compliance initiatives
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping systems for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
