Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure all filings are submitted on time.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and internal audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
