Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) with high precision.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and accessible filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment status.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting preparation.
Qualifications
