Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end closes
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Oversee tax preparation and filing for federal/state entities
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Proven audit compliance and SOX implementation
