Responsibilities
Manage general ledger accounting and monthly financial reporting.Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audits.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Collaborate with department heads to forecast budget requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
