As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing critical insights to drive our business decisions. Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on a timely basis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and audits.
- Manage bank reconciliations and assist with budget preparation.
- Ensure all financial data is entered into our accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Pro/Online, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
