- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse SMB clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 98% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) for client reviews
- Maintain organized digital filing systems using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation documentation
- Implement process improvements to reduce errors by 15%
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting ability
