Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance reconciliations
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP systems
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Maintain QuickBooks Online with daily transaction processing
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification or equivalent proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven track record in payroll processing and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
