Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll and tax filings with precision
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks proficiency required)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support audits and financial analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in tech or finance sectors
- Advanced QuickBooks and MS Excel expertise
- Proven track record of month-end closing
- Familiarity with sales tax and payroll regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
