- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with CFO on financial analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Ohio tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
