Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and quarterly tax filings.
- Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support the finance team with month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
