Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes for diverse insurance carriers
- Resolve complex claim denials and patient account discrepancies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate patient records

- Collaborate with clinical teams to document chargeable services
- Prepare monthly revenue cycle performance metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
