- Audit EOBs and remittance advice for precision
- Implement process improvements using Epic EMR systems
- Train staff on updated billing protocols
- Generate monthly KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute RCM
- Expert knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Proven ability to reduce claim rejection rates
- Data analysis experience with Tableau/Power BI
- Strong HIPAA compliance knowledge
