- Train billing staff on new regulations and system updates
- Conduct audits to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in HIPAA-compliant environments
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS regulations
- Advanced proficiency with Epic EMR and Medisoft billing systems
- Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) or equivalent
- Proven ability to resolve complex insurance denials
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
