- Maintain billing systems and generate monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare billing regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and insurance protocols
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
