Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Execute weekend-specific payment runs and month-end closing procedures
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP systems for invoice processing and reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation per SOX requirements
- Train junior staff on AP processes and weekend shift protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and Excel VLOOKUP functions
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-4PM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and 1099 processing
- Proven ability to process 200+ invoices weekly
