Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor invoices, credit card statements, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries within SLAs
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual compliance reviews
- Optimize AP processes using automation tools like Coupa
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- ERP system expertise (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CPA or AP certification preferred
