- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Oversee accounts reconciliation and internal audit processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Support external audits and tax preparation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
