- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Research complex tax issues and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop client relationships through proactive communication and tax planning
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for efficient processing
- Collaborate with senior team members on audit support and tax advisory
- Stay current with tax law changes through continuous training

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 1-3 years tax experience
- CPA candidate or actively pursuing certification preferred
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office
