Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns (Form 1040, 1065, 1120) in strict compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to identify potential savings opportunities for clients.
- Communicate complex tax concepts clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Stay updated on changing tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, EA, or MBA candidate preferred.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., Drake, UltraTax, Lacerte).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
