Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for 50+ states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Support year-end processes including W-2/1099 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel advanced functions
- Deep knowledge of federal/state wage laws and compliance
- CPP or FPC certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
