Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal/state tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Conduct client consultations to gather financial documentation
- Utilize ProSystem fx and Lacerte software for tax computations
- Research tax codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex cases
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of tax preparation experience (training provided)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Earn CPA or Enrolled Agent certification within 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
