Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex federal, state, and local tax returns using provided specialized software
- Leverage provided high-performance computers and digital tools for efficient tax document processing
- Conduct tax research utilizing our premium subscription databases and software resources
- Collaborate with senior advisors using our integrated client management system
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations using provided compliance monitoring tools
- Present tax strategies to clients using our presentation technology suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience with high-net-worth individuals
- Proficiency in tax software (provided equipment includes ProSystem fx, CCH, and UltraTax)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex financial scenarios
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to utilize provided technology tools efficiently
- Active Florida CPA license or immediate eligibility
