Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with current tax regulations
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex tax planning strategies
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional tax consultation services
- Utilize tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem fx) for efficient processing
- Assist in IRS audits and tax controversy matters

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA/EA candidates preferred)
- Strong knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
