Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience (CPA preferred)
- Proficiency with tax software (provided: ProSystem fx, Lacerte)
- Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and state tax codes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
