Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CA, FL, NY)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA
- Support year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Implement process improvements using Excel and Power BI dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Active CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HCM system
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Power BI experience
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, CA wage orders, and garnishment laws
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR-related field
