Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Advise clients on tax optimization strategies and deductions
- Manage client relationships and respond to tax-related inquiries
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex tax cases
- Maintain accurate client records using tax software platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience (CPA preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Active Arizona CPA license or ability to obtain immediately
