Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 2+ years tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
