Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Conduct tax research and provide compliance guidance to clients
- Assist in audit defense and IRS correspondence resolution
- Utilize tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem fx) for accurate reporting
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex tax strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (public accounting preferred)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (or actively pursuing)
