Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience (CPA/EA preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, Lacerte) provided by firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
- Active CPA license or willingness to pursue certification
