Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and disruptors for 2026
- Design and pilot minimum viable innovations (MVIs) with measurable ROI and market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision and growth targets
- Manage innovation portfolio with agile methodologies, balancing risk and opportunity
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to executive stakeholders and boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or management consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSM, CPM) or design thinking a plus
