Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns to map innovation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping next-generation solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks and market forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with KPIs focused on market disruption metrics
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in client ecosystems
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate venture capital, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products or services
- Deep expertise in future-casting methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology with focus on innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, Business Model Canvas)
