Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and client needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum algorithms, climate tech)
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and strategic partnerships
- Present breakthrough innovations at global forums like CES and Web Summit
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and designers in agile innovation methodologies
- Analyze emerging tech patents and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with VCs, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center)
