Responsibilities
- Develop multi-scenario strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market dominance across quantum AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead 'Future Radar' intelligence unit identifying disruptive technologies with 5+ year adoption curves
- Architect corporate metamorphosis roadmap for workforce automation and human-AI symbiosis
- Chair Global Futures Council convening policymakers, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Translate complex futures into executable business plans with $50M+ budget impact
- Pioneer ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and sentient AI
- Author '2026 State of the Future' industry whitepaper read by Fortune 100 boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification (CFP preferred)
- 15+ years in C-suite strategy or futurist consulting with Fortune 50 transformation experience
- Published author on technological singularity or exponential economics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of implementing futures-based strategies generating $1B+ revenue
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP-PESTLE, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Security clearance or government futures program experience highly desirable
