What You'll Achieve:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation portfolios with long-term strategic vision
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Drive the commercialization of breakthrough concepts through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive teams and external stakeholders
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026 market opportunities and disruption risks
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab with multidisciplinary experts
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M with demonstrated ROI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
