Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing macroeconomic indicators, technological shifts, and sociocultural patterns
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive modeling and big data analytics
- Design innovation frameworks that integrate AI ethics, sustainability imperatives, and human-centric design
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and interactive dashboards
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using proprietary HorizonScan™ platform
- Mentor junior analysts in trend synthesis and strategic storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE, Delphi method)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or sustainable futures
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
