Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on industry disruption and future-proofing strategies
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
