- Architect scalable business models for next-gen products/services with 5+ year viability
- Partner with R&D to align breakthrough innovations with commercialization timelines
- Present visionary strategies to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CIPM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership
