Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Spatial UI, and Edge Computing.
- Assess and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term infrastructure projects.
- Drive innovation labs to prototype concepts for the 2026 market environment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies and investment opportunities.
- Establish governance frameworks for new technology adoption to ensure compliance and security.
- Mentor engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends and their application in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile, DevOps, and Cloud architecture is highly desirable.
