Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, sociocultural shifts, and geopolitical factors to develop comprehensive 2026 innovation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Quantify market opportunities and competitive threats using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
