- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026 technology ecosystem building
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure compliance and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (technical, product, finance) through complex technology transformations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem (VCs, research institutions, Fortune 500 tech teams)
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning) or innovation management preferred
