Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 50 states
- Handle employee payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Implement payroll process improvements using Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new hires
- Conduct internal payroll audits for compliance and accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, federal/state tax laws, and garnishment rules
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for employee interactions
