Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and external audits.
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with internal company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
