Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for diverse client portfolios
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state-specific tax regulations in Oregon
- Assist with audits and provide detailed financial reporting to stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a professional services environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100 preferred)
- Strong understanding of Oregon tax regulations and payroll compliance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with multi-state accounting operations
